Greek PEP Lide Film, as a greenhouse and agricultural film, is developed and researched to overcome the deficiencies of single-layer PE and EVA, retaining their original advantages while addressing their drawbacks. It produces a co-extruded three-layer composite film (PE+EVA+PE).

Any material's aging is due to the exposure (destruction) by sunlight UV rays and oxidation, while the Lide film contains 15~35% more UV stabilizers than general PE film, thereby extending its service life.

Leaded film features:

1. Durability: The Lide film contains special, effective UV stabilizers to protect the greenhouse film from damage due to UV radiation, achieving long-term use. It boasts excellent UV-resistant properties, with a lifespan up to 5 years, varying depending on regional climates.

2. Transparency Rate: Good transparency is crucial for plant growth. PEP's extensive production experience, superior equipment, and careful material selection ensure the film's transparency, which can reach up to 95%.

3. High-Temperature and Wind Resistance: Thanks to the combination of PE's temperature resistance and EVA's toughness, it can withstand high temperatures and strong winds.

4. Dustproof: Surface treated with antistatic, ensuring no static charge and easy to resist dust adhesion.

5. Insulation: The surface of the LiDe film contains infrared absorbent, enabling quick temperature rise inside the greenhouse during winter; the middle layer contains more EVA, which can prevent the escape of far infrared rays transformed from heat at night, thus achieving excellent insulation effects.

6. Anti-Drip: The Lide film contains a special additive that increases the surface tension of the film, preventing condensation of mist into water droplets, allowing them to flow down the film instead. Characteristics and functions of greenhouse PO film material: The PE film was introduced in the late 1980s and early 1990s, mainly made from polyethylene, with a light transmission rate that was selectable in the past century. Its strong insulation capability, followed by the demand for production, led to the application of a defogging and anti-drip agent on the inner side of the film, becoming known as the pasted film. Due to the shorter defogging and anti-drip time of the pasted film, some manufacturers and merchants added sand and sawdust to one side of the poly film, abrading the smooth surface to extend the defogging and anti-drip time from the original 150 days to a longer duration. However, the drawback of the abraded film is its lack of resistance to aging; as it is used, the film's aging resistance decreases, and in the presence of strong winds, sunburn, or damage from hard objects, a tear can start at an opening, leading to large-scale tearing of the abraded film.

EVA Film Features: The EVA film is imported from brands like鹤牌,燕子,自康, representing South Korean technology, as well as domestically produced by well-known brands such as 华盾, 兰花, 喜丰, 中意, and others. Made primarily from polyethylene, it incorporates 20% EVA and 10% metallocene. Its thermal insulation, puncture resistance, and tensile strength surpass those of the past PE film. However, its light transmission rate has decreased from 90% in PE film to 85% now, while its service life has significantly improved.
