Operating Principle

         Transmission Mechanism: Rack and Pinion Drive Press the control box's start switch button to activate the motor. The motor drives the transmission shaft through a transmission mechanism, which moves the drive rod parallel to the curtain fabric via connecting components, pulling the curtain.One end slowly unfolds, upon full extension, it triggers the stroke limit switch, the motor stops, and the journey comes to an end.

The control box is equipped with manual controlPress the stop button to halt the operation if needed. 

Basic System Composition

This system includes the control box and motor, transmission parts, stroke limit switches, screen wires, end beams, and curtains, etc.

External Sunshade Frame: A set of external sunshade frames are installed on the greenhouse roof. The frame parts are strong and aesthetically pleasing, with excellent load-bearing capacity and a long service life.

● Reduction Motor: Equipped with a greenhouse-specific reduction motor, power of 0.55KW. The motor is fitted with a stroke limit device, featuring automatic stop, accurate positioning, and smooth, reliable operation.

● Control Box: Equipped with two sets of contact devices for unfolding and folding the shading curtain inside, it can be manually operated for start and stop, as well as electrically controlled via a stroke switch.

Gear rack drive mechanism: Composed of a push-pull rod connected to the curtain drive rod and galvanized steel drive shaft. The drive shaft is powered by a gear rack system, connected to the reduction motor with a special coupling for easy installation and maintenance, enhancing the system's load-bearing capacity and resistance to harsh environments. The drive shaft is made of 11/4" steel pipe, the push rod is Φ32×1.8 galvanized steel pipe, with one gear rack connected per rod; the drive rod is a custom aluminum alloy profile, arranged horizontally to pull the curtain.

● Drapery and curtain lines: Choose exterior sunshade curtains with 80% shading rate, with a normal service life of over 8 years. Curtain lines are made of domestic black outdoor curtain support lines, material: polyester PET, with a manufacturer's warranty period of 3 years.
