Different cities may have varying charge standards for factory load-bearing inspections of different architectural structures.

General factory building load-bearing inspections are typically priced according to the requirements of the "Code for Charging for Engineering Geotechnical Investigations" and the "New Projects and Standards Table for Safety Inspections of Guangdong Construction Projects," integrating the basic situation of the project.

The cost of factory load-bearing capacity inspections will be adjusted based on the type of factory assessment, the total assessed area, the scale of new projects, and specific content in the field of inspection for new projects. Generally, factory load-bearing capacity inspections are calculated based on the floor area, with the basic charge for a single-story villa ranging from approximately 8,000 to 20,000 yuan, fluctuating according to the actual conditions of the engineering project.
