Adjustment of the brush press unit.

The center of the brush is aligned with the label and symmetrical on both sides. The brush is perpendicular to the container surface. The overlapping gap swept by the pressure brush is: 10mm to 15mm for a single brush, and 5mm to 10mm for a combined brush. The cleaning brush is 1mm to 2mm away from the sponge. Adjust the pressure nozzle. When there are no bottles, the pressure nozzle should be 20mm lower than when there are bottles.

2. Adjusting label box. The centerline of the label box, the center axis of the label station, and the label paper are tangent. The center axis of the label board forms a straight line with three points. Adjust the label board to be tangent to the label paper (0 distance), then move the label box closer by 1mm to 2mm. The gap between the label paper and the sides of the label box should be between 0.8mm and 1mm; too large a gap causes the label paper to shift inside the box, resulting in slanted labels, and too small a gap hinders smooth label feeding. Adjusting the label hook position on the label box: If the hooks on the top and bottom, as well as the left and right, are on the same vertical plane and evenly distribute force on the label paper, the label can be picked up smoothly. Adjusting the label supply roller: When there are no labels, the label pressure plate can reach the very front of the label box. When labels are present, the label hooks near the pressure plate should not be damaged.
