Rigid Tapping at 6,000 rpm and a spindle with a large capacity Amp (VX380T). Spindle acceleration/deceleration from 0 to 12,000 rpm in 0.6 Sec. Features Ball Screw and L/M (NHK) for noiseless, constant-speed, and compact design. Offers the highest rapid traverse speed in its class (56m/min). The inclined bed structure allows for flexible and efficient chip handling.
Proper use and maintenance of the drilling and tapping center's main shaft are crucial – Drilling and Tapping Center Co. shares its insights:
One:
Verify plug wire orientation and check for any short circuits or open circuits.
Two:
Properly connecting the cooling system, the coolant can be water or oil. For water-cooled systems, use pure water with an anti-corrosion agent; do not use deionized water, with particle size less than 25 micrometers. For oil-cooled systems, provide low-viscosity, non-volatile, and flame-retardant oil. Maintain the water inlet temperature between 18~22°C, with pressure at 2~3 Kg/cm².
Three:
Conduct necessary ballast operation tests.
Four:
Check if the rotor can rotate freely under conditions of no power supply.
Five:
The spindle failed to grip the tool, halting the operation. The spindle does not permit the interruption of coolant during operation, otherwise, it may damage the spindle components (Shanghai Machining Center).
Six:
The locking torque of the screw for the main shaft sleeve (10 Kg/N.T) prevents over-tightening of the main shaft housing, thereby avoiding deformation of the housing and potential damage to internal components.
Seven:
New spindle or shutdown for over 4 hours; must preheat at low speed for 30 minutes before normal production can commence.
Eight:
Ensure the clamping lock is positioned correctly. To remove the clamping lock, use the designated tool. Do not allow any loose parts inside the hole when the clamp is tightened.
Nine:
When replacing the milling cutter, it is necessary to ensure that the shaft core stops rotating and the chuck is in the open position.
Ten:
Prevent over-speeding of the main shaft and adjust operational parameters according to the specifications listed in the skill parameter table.
November:
Before each shift, inspect the cooling system to ensure it's clear, no leaks, and the parameters are set correctly.
Twelve:
Daily clean the inner hole and cone surface of the chuck to ensure no debris, and inspect the holding force as well as static and dynamic performance as required.
Thirteen:
Regularly inspect and replace the coolant in the cooling system as per supplier requirements.
Fourteen:
If the spindle exhibits issues, please have it handled by our company or the spindle repair service.
Fifteen:
Untrained personnel are prohibited from disassembling or operating the electrical spindle.
Sixteen:
Dust Extraction Requirements: Double-end锣 machines: Flow rate ≥ 3M3/min, Suction force ≤ -1000 mmaq; Machines with four heads or more: Flow rate ≥ 7.5M3/min, Suction force ≤ -1750 mmaq.
Seventeen:
Room Temperature Requirement: 20℃ ± 2℃, Relative Humidity: 40~70%RH.
