Lubricants should be changed after the initial use within one month, and then every 3-6 months thereafter. There is an oil drain plug located below the oil pan for easy use. Please note that when changing the oil, both the pan and the filter should be cleaned. Before operation, inspect the machinery, electrical equipment, and safety devices.
Lubricating oil should be changed initially after one month of use, and then every 3-6 months thereafter. There is an oil drain plug located beneath the oil pan for convenience. Please note that during oil changes, the interior of the pan and the filter should also be cleaned. 1. Before operation, inspect the machinery, electrical equipment, protective devices, dust extraction units, and tools to ensure they are in perfect working condition. 2. After manual checks of all parts, run the machine without load to check the reciprocating motion of the grinding head, and proceed with work only after confirming normal operation. 3. Before operation, manually adjust the position of the directional stop and secure it based on the workpiece's grinding length. 4. During machine operation, the hydraulic system pressure should not exceed the specified range. The oil temperature should not exceed 50°C, and if air is present in the cylinder, the grinding head should be moved back and forth several times with a larger stroke to exhaust air. 5. The machine lacks an automatic and manual interlock mechanism for longitudinal movement, so when using hydraulic automatic reciprocating motion, the handle must be pulled out. 6. Regularly check the clamps, the securement of the workpieces, and the balance and tightness of the abrasive wheel, as well as the tension of the belts during operation. Sharpen the abrasive wheel promptly when it becomes dull. 7. When dressing the abrasive wheel, the diamond tool should be fixed on a dedicated holder, and it is strictly prohibited to strike it. Protective goggles should be worn during operation. 8. The machine should not be stopped if the abrasive wheel has not been removed from the workpiece. 9. Follow general safety procedures for abrasive wheel dressing when changing the wheel. 10. Do not touch workpieces during grinding or pass objects through moving parts. 11. Turn off the machine when adjusting, repairing, lubricating, or wiping the machine.
