Section 1: Local View of Welding Robot Body
The robot's body and control box are equipped with lithium batteries, which are used for backup of the servo motor encoder data. The battery lifespan varies depending on the working environment, and batteries should be replaced after two years to avoid data loss in the motor encoder. A re-zeroing process is required if the data is lost, and it is essential to back up teaching data before the exchange to prevent loss of the teaching program and setting parameters.
2. Are the original axis symbols overlapping?
3. Operate actively, and manually check if the shaft runs smoothly and stably during operation.
4. Are the safety switches and emergency stop switches of the robot functioning normally?
Is the silk organization stable?
6. Is the deceleration unit experiencing wear and tear?
7. Toothed belt tension adjustment.
8. Three-axis Compensation Smooth Oil (Oil holes are not to be filled with ordinary grease)
Section II: Automatic Welding Robot Control Box Inspection
Lithium-ion Battery Swap.
2. Check the cooling fan.
