I. Principle of Single-Layer Welding Robot Operation
The single-layer construction welding robot is fundamental, primarily relying on conveyer belts to deliver materials. Upon reaching the turning mechanism, it can adjust to the specified direction. After preparation is complete, it can proceed to the layering mechanism. Simply arrange the product in a precise sequence at this point, then use the conveying roller to transport the arranged products to the next station. This marks the completion of the stacking operation for the welding robot.
Layered Welding Robot Working Principle
There are certainly more complexities with multi-layer welding robots compared to single-layer ones. We can observe that the conveyor plate of the multi-layer welding robot is positioned below the conveyor belt and can stop at certain points horizontally. When the machine stops stacking, the materials are uniformly arranged on the conveyor plate, which is then set at the left limit position. When the material being conveyed by the belt is blocked by a挡板, it forms a single line. Then the conveyor plate moves to the right, and following the same steps, the material is again arranged in a line. This process repeats; with each additional layer of material, the lifting platform of the welding robot descends one level until a certain height is reached, at which point the stacking is halted.
Section 3: Principle of Operation for the Arrangement Welding Robot
This welding robot stops conveying the materials in a row and the push plate places the conveyed materials onto the collection platform. It then moves to the left, pushing from bottom to top, stacking three layers of materials together. During this process, an inclined surface ensures the smooth progress of the operation, and the special features of the collection platform also facilitate the robot's stacking. These are just some of the more common types of welding robots.

Welding robots are commonly used at the end of consumer lines to stack bagged, boxed, and drummed materials onto pallets according to pre-set rules, which are then stored in warehouses by forklifts. Depending on different product types and practical requirements, the welding robots can be programmed to accommodate the stacking needs of various products.
