Belt conveyor bracket

A belt conveyor bracket with a buffering mechanism and its installation method, which solves the drawbacks of existing belt conveyor buffering brackets, such as being easily obstructed or unable to maintain tension during use. This includes a supporting crossbeam and bolts vertically fixed at the feet at both ends of the supporting crossbeam. The bottom inner side of the supporting crossbeam is connected to an adjustable spacing rod and a guide rod, respectively, which are arranged perpendicularly. Both ends of the guide rod are fitted with adjustable seats, where bolts are used to secure sleeve rods. Inside the sleeve rods are buffering springs, and at the ends, there are rods that pass through and extend to the top of the sleeve rod. The invention provides a belt conveyor bracket with an easier assembly, allowing adjustment of spacing and angle between brackets. It also ensures that while adjusting the support point of the roller, the conveyor belt will not become loose or slip after being tensioned, demonstrating strong practicality.
