Roller Support Bracket

The roller bracket assembly facilitates the replacement of rollers and consists of a pivotable roller bracket, base, pin shaft, housing, roller, stopper blocks, and fasteners. The base's lower end is connected to the housing's upper end with fasteners, while the base is connected to the pivotable roller bracket with a pin shaft, where rollers are mounted. On the pivotable roller bracket, there are slots for the pin shaft to rotate, and the roller is installed in these slots. Limiting blocks are set up on the pivotable roller bracket to control the tilt angle. A pivot shaft is provided on the base or housing for the pivotable roller bracket to rotate around it. With the fasteners removed, the pivotable roller bracket can rotate around the horizontally fixed pivot shaft to a certain angle under the control of the limiting blocks.
