The normal service life of the roller is over 20,000 hours, generally requiring no maintenance. However, based on the usage location and the magnitude of the load, a corresponding maintenance schedule should be established. Timely cleaning, oiling, and repair should be conducted, as well as the prompt removal of floating coal and other debris. Rollers with abnormal sounds or those that do not rotate should be replaced immediately.
