The normal service life of the roller is over 20,000 hours, usually requiring no maintenance. However, based on the usage location and load size, a corresponding maintenance schedule should be established. Regular cleaning, oiling, and maintenance should be performed promptly, as well as timely removal of floating coal and other debris. Rollers with abnormal sounds or those that do not rotate should be replaced immediately.
