Our factory has an excellent technical team, with two engineers experienced in mold design for an extended period, one skilled quality casting craftsman, and 26 employees with long-standing experience in mold production, ensuring high-quality mold products. We primarily design, manufacture, and produce a wide variety of casting molds for various industries. Our main products include grooved pipe fittings, auto parts, construction machinery accessories, drainage pipes, manhole rings and covers, and various valve bodies. Our molding processes include hand molding, machine molding, hand box lifting machines, hand core shooting machines (aluminum, copper, iron cores), and cores are made of iron, aluminum, aluminum frame resin cores, sand casting molds, oil cores, iron molds, bronze casting molds, brass casting molds, nodular iron casting molds, gray iron casting molds, water service molds, plumbing molds, film sand core shooting molds, auto parts casting molds, and various valve casting molds. We possess precision machining centers (travel 1300-700-700mm, 800-500-700mm), automated processing equipment, and several general machine tools due to the special nature of the mold market (short lead times, tight tolerances).
