Overview
The W9-19 and W9-26 series fans are suitable for conveying non-corrosive, non-sparking gases with temperatures not exceeding 700°C. The dust and hard particle content in the medium should not exceed 150mg/m³.
The W9-26 series 12.5C, 12.5D, and 12.5F high-temperature centrifugal exhaust fans are newly designed energy-saving products, primarily used for conveying high-temperature gases with temperatures ranging from 250-400°C and dust content less than 150mg/m³.
(1) The W9-19 and W9-26 fans are single-inlet type.
(2) The W9-19 and W9-26 fans can be manufactured in two types: right-handed and left-handed. When viewed from the positive end of the motor, the fan blades rotate clockwise, which is referred to as a right-handed fan, indicated by "right." Conversely, if the blades rotate counterclockwise, it is called a left-handed fan, indicated by "left."
(3) The export position of the fan is indicated by the outlet angle of the housing, with both "left" and "right" options available in six angles: 0°, 45°, 90°, 135°, 180°, and 225°. The W9-26 high-temperature fan comes in D, C, and F transmission methods.
Structure
(1) Impeller: The impeller features 12 forward-curved blades. After molding, it undergoes dynamic and static balance tests, as well as over-speed tests, ensuring smooth and reliable operation.
(2) Housing: Spheroid shape made of low-alloy steel plate.
(3) Inlet Air Duct: The overall structure is streamlined with a converging shape, mounted with bolts to the front cover assembly.
(4) Transmission Group: Comprised of the main shaft, water-cooled bearing housing, couplings, etc., the main shaft is made of alloy steel, and the bearing housing features an integrated water-cooling structure.
The performance of the W9-26 high-temperature fan is calculated based on the air medium with the intake temperature tj, intake pressure Pj, and intake density ρj. When the intake conditions vary, the relationship between the gas density and the intake temperature and atmospheric pressure at the intake is as follows:
The fan performance varies with the gas density ρj, while its capacity flow remains constant. The total pressure p and the internal power P are calculated according to the following formula:
The fan should be installed according to the shown position and dimensions. Align the motor shaft and the fan shaft for concentricity. Pay attention to adjusting the housing shaft so that it is below the fan shaft size in the horizontal vertical direction and must be determined according to the drawing.
