A high-pressure blower is a new type of fan that can blow and suck, featuring vacuum and compression, and conveying functions, also known as a vortex blower. However, in the printing equipment industry, it is generally referred to as an exhaust blower or vacuum blower. High-pressure blowers are commonly used in printing equipment. Due to their ability to transport paper without damage, ensure fixed printing, and prevent wear, these blowers offer the following operational functions:
Vacuum suction lifting function, utilizing vacuum suction cups for movement and a high-pressure blower as the vacuum source.
2. Rotary feeders, damage-free and uninterrupted conveying with high-pressure fans.
3. Vacuum belt conveying, high-pressure blower provides a large volume of vacuum source.
4. Blown by a high-pressure fan, used as an air flotation for paper cutters, ensuring paper is cut without wear.
5. Use high-pressure air nozzles to separate the paper, preventing static adhesion.
