During normal operation of the motor, gradually open the regulating valve until the desired working state is reached. At the same time, check if the motor current does not exceed the allowable limit and if the oil supply system is functioning properly. During the operation of the unit, inspect whether the connecting parts are tightened, if the vibration of the unit and bearings exceeds the standard, if the unit's sound is normal, if the bearing temperature rise is stable, and if the motor's temperature rise, vibration, and noise are abnormal. If necessary, shut down the machine for maintenance until it recovers.
Working under surge conditions is strictly prohibited. The results indicate that the entire machine oscillates regularly once per second, resembling human asthma samples. It possesses significant destructive power. For instance, prolonged surges can lead to waste of the device. When surge occurs, the outlet valve should be adjusted rapidly to allow the device to quickly escape the surge zone. Even when the outlet valve is opened to a higher value, the surge persists. Due to the excessive system resistance, the air-suspended blower must be replaced to operate within the surge zone.
