The dust humidifier is a new generation of environmental protection product developed based on the process characteristics of gravity, electrostatic dust removal, bag dust collector dust removal, and dust collection in industries such as metallurgy, electricity, cement, and casting. It uses the mixing and humidification of this machine to turn dry material into uniformly moistened material, avoiding secondary dust generation during unloading and transportation, and creating favorable conditions for the reuse of materials.
The dust humidifier unit boasts a compact structure, excellent overall performance, strong technology, reasonable process, high reliability, good sealing performance, adjustable water volume with minimal wear, high processing capacity, long service life, continuous operation capability, and low failure rate.
Dust humidifiers are installed at the bottom of ash storage bins. The dry ash powder is evenly fed into the machine by a screw feeder (with an electric locking valve), where it is dispersed by a geared motor and mixed with a controlled amount of water (water quantity can be adjusted). The mixture is then pushed towards the discharge port through a spiral conveyor belt after reaching the predetermined humidity, aiming to solve the problem of secondary dust emission.
Features of the dust humidifier:
The shell lining is made of iron-based alloy, designed for use to prevent excessive gaps caused by wear, which could lead to material self-flow.
2. Atomizing nozzles with adjustable water flow for even material humidification.
3. Enhanced with a vibration system, it overcomes the issue of adhesive dust readily sticking to the drum walls during processing, improving the humidifier's adaptability and expanding its application range. Additionally, the housing and base are equipped with elastic connections, ensuring that the vibration has no impact on the entire machine.
4. The machine features flexible layout, available in both chain drive and direct connection forms, with the drive mechanism utilizing a cycloid减速机.
5. High output (can mix and moisten 200t per hour), even moistening, operational.
6. Stir sticks are made of iron-based alloys or composite ceramics, offering a long service life.
The dust humidifier features an internal structure with spiral blades and agitator blades with helical grooves to propel the material through the conveyor. Available in chain drive and direct drive configurations, the equipment is flexible in layout. The drive mechanism employs a cycloidal reducer, providing high output (can mix and humidify up to 200t per hour), ensuring even humidification and operation. Filters are installed in the pipeline, and the main control cabinet interlocks the various parts of the humidifier to achieve constant humidity water supply control. The equipment consists of four parts: uniform feeding, blade conveying, mixing impact humidification, and a vibration system.
