Titanium serves as both a coloring agent and a reinforcing, anti-aging, and filling agent in the rubber industry. Adding titanium to both white and colored rubber products results in improved resistance to sunlight, preventing cracking and discoloration, along with high elongation and acid-base resistance when exposed to sunlight.
Titanium production methods mainly include the sulfuric acid process and the chlorination process. The sulfuric acid process involves the acid leaching reaction of titanium concentrate or acid-soluble titanium slag with sulfuric acid to obtain a titanium sulfate solution, which is then hydrolyzed to produce titanic acid precipitate; it is then calcined in a rotary kiln to produce TiO2. The sulfuric acid process primarily uses batch operation, with high flexibility in production facilities, which is beneficial for start-up, shutdown, and load adjustments.
Based on the material characteristics of titanium, the independently developed rapid rotating flash drying machine has achieved successful application in titanium drying, built on the digestion and absorption of foreign equipment and technology. Under the action of centrifugal force (with a grading device at the top), products reaching a certain degree of dryness and fineness are blown out of the grading device, resulting in rapid drying of the material during this process.

Based on the material characteristics of titanium and the absorption of foreign equipment and technology, our company has successfully applied a self-developed rapid rotating flash dryer in titanium drying.
The flash drying machine is primarily composed of an air intake system, a heating system, a feeding system, the drying main unit, a collection and dust removal system, an exhaust system, and a control system. During operation, wet material is introduced into the drying chamber via a spiral feeder. The material encounters high-speed rotating hot air within the chamber, where fine powdered material is carried upwards by the hot air. Material that cannot be carried away settles at the bottom of the chamber, where it is crushed by a bottom-mounted crushing device. The material is quickly dispersed, significantly increasing the contact area between the material and the hot air. Under the action of centrifugal force (with a grading device at the top), products that have reached a certain degree of dryness and fineness are blown out of the grading device, achieving rapid drying during this process.
