3. The interior cavity of the manhole cover should strive to be cast without or with minimal use of cores. When cores are used, they should facilitate support, fixation, and sand and gas exhaust, with sufficient process holes provided.
For the inner and outer sides of the manhole cover as well as the reinforcing ribs, a certain structural slope should be provided in the mold removal direction.
5. The raised portion on the manhole cover should not significantly differ in height from the composite manhole cover itself, aiming for the same height. For the raised portions that are closer together on the same surface, they should be connected to form an integrated bump as much as possible.
