Low-pressure vacuum carburizing furnace ICBP, featuring: no intergranular oxidation, small depth error of carburization layer, high fatigue resistance, and both oil quenching and gas quenching functions. Additionally, it boasts short carburizing time and carbon control capabilities.3. The main machine measurement utilizes a 4-axis measuring system, featuring multiple performance characteristics such as a wide range of measurement parameters, broad application scope, fully automated measurement cycles, rapid speed, high measurement accuracy, and stable readings.Product Quality(1) Gears are machined on CNC lathes, ensuring the products have good concentricity.(2) Features straight/serrated tooth profile, suitable for various operating conditions.(3) Available in heat-treated/untreated types; the same modulus may have various strengths.(4) Utilizing new technology to extend the service life of gears and reduce noiseOur products feature minimal cumulative error, consistent tooth profiles, smooth transmission, and zero noise.
