The JPQ(D) progressive distributor is composed of the first piece A, operational blocks M, and the last piece E to form a distribution assembly. The number of operational blocks can be chosen as needed, ranging from three to as many as ten. Each operational block has two oil outlets, thus each distribution assembly has between 6 to 20 outlets. This means each assembly can supply lubrication to 6 to 20 lubrication points. The required oil supply quantity can be selected based on the data listed in the model specifications. If a lubrication point requires a large or exceptionally large amount of oil during a single continuous supply, the method shown in Figure A3 can be used. Remove the internal sealed screw from the operational block and add a plug to the oil outlet to combine the oil quantity from the two outlets into one.
Note that the combined fuel supply is as specified by the next block model in the block arrangement (refer to the working principle diagram). If the combined fuel supply from two outlets still does not meet the requirement, you can adopt the method shown in Figure A4 by adding a three-way or two-way bridge connector to aggregate the oil from several outlets to meet the need.
