KJ, KM, KL series single-line progressive distributors are suitable for systems with dense lubrication points, varying oil consumption, and frequent oiling, where a single-line centralized lubrication system is used. They form a parent-child distribution system to achieve zonal control for lubrication.
The KJ, KM, KL series single-line progressive distributors are composed of a supply body, end body, and a middle body with 3 to 8 oil supply holes and outlet numbers determined by design, all made from medium-carbon alloy structural steel. The normal outlet of the distributor is set on both sides, with additional outlets provided. Non-return valves are installed inside the oil outlets of each middle body, preventing reverse flow of grease due to back pressure at the lubrication points, ensuring precise and quantified oil supply to each outlet.
