The SGQ series double-line oil feeders are suitable for double-line dry oil centralized lubrication systems with a nominal pressure of 10MPa, serving as a metering oil supply device. Under the action of alternating oil supply pressure in the two supply pipes, the oil is supplied by the pressure pushing the piston, accomplishing the function of quantitatively distributing grease to each lubrication point.
The SGQ dual-line oil feeder comes in two types of structures: unidirectional and bidirectional oil discharge. The unidirectional oil feeder has only a lower oil supply hole, where lubricant is supplied to the lubrication point from the lower oil supply hole during both forward and reverse piston oil discharge. The bidirectional oil feeder has both upper and lower oil supply holes, with lubricant supplied alternately to the lubrication point from the upper and lower oil supply holes during forward and reverse piston oil discharge. The oil feeder's operation can be directly observed from the indicator rod's movement, and the oil supply amount to each feeding port can be conveniently adjusted within the specified range by adjusting the screw.
