KW SeriesDual-line distributorIn a two-line oil centralized lubrication system rated for a nominal pressure of 20MPa, it is supplied directly by the oil supply pressure, controlling the piston action, and distributing lubricating grease quantitatively to the lubrication points under the alternating pressure of the two main oil supply lines.
This series of dual-line distributors features oil outlets on the front and both top and bottom sides, providing dual-directional oil discharge. The upper row on the front corresponds to the upper outlets, while the lower row on the front corresponds to the lower outlets. They can be selected arbitrarily according to the piping direction. The distributor's piston discharges grease from the upper and lower outlets respectively during forward and reverse actions. To facilitate increased oil supply, it allows for odd-numbered oil discharge. Additionally, a combined structure is present between the corresponding outlets for both top and bottom sides. During use, simply unscrew the screw inside the lower outlet, and seal the unused outlets with a 1/4" plug. The KW series dual-line distributors allow for direct observation of the distributor's operation through the indicator rod's movement. Moreover, the oil supply to each outlet can be conveniently adjusted within the specified range by adjusting the screws.
