VSL-KR ModelDual-line distributorBoth top and bottom have oil-inlet ports; during the reciprocating motion of the distributor piston, grease is discharged from the top and bottom oil-inlet ports, respectively. A combined oil-discharge structure is installed within the corresponding top and bottom oil-inlet ports. To change the odd-numbered oil discharge, simply unscrew the bolt inside the hole. The operation of the distributor can also be directly observed from the indicator rod's movement, and the oil supply quantity of each outlet can be adjusted within the specified range by adjusting the bolt.
This type of distributor is suitable for a two-line dry oil centralized lubrication system with a nominal pressure of 40MPa. Under the action of alternating oil supply pressure from the two main supply pipelines, it directly controls the piston movement by the supply pressure to dispense grease quantitatively to the lubrication points.
