SSPQ-P Series Twin-Line Distributor (40MPa)

SSPQ-P Series (formerly ZV-B Series)Dual-line distributorA quantitative lubrication feeding device suitable for dual-line centralized lubrication systems using dry oil or thin oil with a nominal pressure of 40MPa. The dual-line distributor supplies lubricant quantitatively to each lubrication point by alternately pressurizing grease through two supply lines. The distributor comes in three types: with feeding screw, with motion indicator adjustment, and with stroke adjustment.
1. Distributor for oil screws, oil supply cannot be adjusted; select oil screws with different oil supply indices to change the oil supply amount.
2. Distributors with a motion indicator adjustment device, allowing the oil supply to be adjusted from zero to the rated supply amount, and enabling the normal operation of the distributor to be determined by observing the motion indicator adjustment device.
3. Distributors with travel switch adjustment, allowing oil flow to be adjusted from zero to the rated supply, and capable of controlling the lubrication point's oil supply by sending signals via the travel switch. Each distributor is equipped with one limit switch adjustment device.
