Product Introduction
Ideal for centralized oil lubrication systems with high lubrication frequency and dense lubrication points, as well as centralized grease replenishment systems, serving as a pressure-enhancing device for supplying lubricants. Particularly suitable for locations with abundant air supply and explosion-proof requirements where electric lubrication pumps cannot be used. This pump features high output pressure, large flow rate, and smooth operation. Long-distance transport can be achieved without the need for a relief valve in the system piping.
Instructions for Use
1. This pump should be installed on the drum lid (our company also offers additional supplies for the 200L drum lid), and the pump tube should be vertically inserted into the 200L oil drum.
2. A gas source treatment triple union is required on the intake manifold.
3. When using 2# grease or high-viscosity lubricant, an oil pump plate is required inside the oil drum (our company also provides this item).
4. It is recommended to set the gas supply at a rate between 40 to 50 cycles per minute for the pump's operation. Strictly avoid exceeding 60 cycles per minute to prevent damage to internal moving parts.
5. Exhaust outlet with gas exhaust unit (user-provided, interface Z3/4).
