Product Overview
Suitable for large central oil concentration lubrication systems, serving as a centralized feeding setup for numerous lubrication pump stations' reservoirs. This pump features high output pressure and flow, expanding the scope of centralized refueling and significantly reducing the time required for replenishment.
Instructions for Use
1. Support the air pump (user-supplied bracket) with four M16 bolts mounted on the bracket, and vertically insert the plunger pump tube into the grease in the oil reservoir.
2. The intake air line requires the connection of three major gas source treatment components (filtering, pressure reducing, oil mist eliminator) to ensure the pneumatic pump receives clean, stable pressure, and oil-misted compressed air.
3. The medium used must be within the specified range.
4. A one-way valve is required at the pneumatic pump's oil outlet.
5. It is recommended to set the gas supply at a rate not exceeding 20 cycles per minute for the pump.
6. When using 2# grease, it is recommended to install a pressure plate in the oil tank to prevent the pump from producing a vacuum due to the poor fluidity of the lubricant.
7. Exhaust outlet with muffler connection (user-supplied, interface Rc1/2).
