GXYZ Model B Series High (Low) Pressure Thin Oil Station

I. Terms of Use

The GXYZ Type A series is basically consistent, but the working medium viscosity range is N22 to N460 (equivalent to ISO VG22 to 460). Additionally, for the B series, the supply oil pressure for both high and low pressure remains unchanged at 31.5MPa and 0.4MPa, respectively. However, both the high and low pressure flow rates have significantly increased. Please refer to the technical performance table below for details (high pressure flow rate for larger specifications is 40L/min, low pressure flow rate is 315L/min).
This unit is a complete set comprising an oil station, instrument panel, and electric control cabinet (which can be controlled by a PLC).
The performance parameters and dimensions of this product should comply with the specifications in the table and figures.

Section II: Model Marking Method

If using the B series, the high-pressure flow rate is 20L/min; the high-pressure pressure is 31.5MPa, and the low-pressure oil supply pressure is 0.4MPa; for a high (low) pressure thin oil station with a low-pressure oil supply of 100L/min, controlled by relays and contactors, the marking is as follows: GXYZ-B20/100
