Based on the principle of dynamic and static pressure lubrication, a high-pressure system is used during startup, low-speed operation, and parking, while a low-pressure system is utilized during normal operation to ensure reliable lubrication for large machinery at various speeds, thereby extending the lifespan of the main unit. The high-pressure section of the dilute oil station has a pressure of 31.5 MPa and a flow rate of 2.5 L/min, while the low-pressure section has a pressure of 0.4 MPa and a flow rate of 16-125 L/min. The dilute oil station is equipped with filtration, cooling, heating facilities, as well as interlock, alarm, and automatic control functions. The product's performance parameters and dimensions should comply with the specifications in the table and illustrations; the unit is a complete set consisting of an oil station, instrument panel, and electrical control cabinet (which can be controlled by PLC). |

This product is mainly composed of a fuel tank (equipped with a magnetized mesh filter inside), low-pressure fuel pump assembly, high-pressure fuel pump assembly, twin-chamber mesh filter, manual high-pressure pump, cooler, pipes, valves, dashboard, and electrical control cabinet.
Prior to the main engine startup, initiate the low-pressure pump first. Once the low-pressure oil supply pressure is normal, start the high-pressure oil pump connected to the low-pressure pipeline. The high-pressure oil is then sent to the static bearing via a high-pressure one-way valve. When the high-pressure reaches a certain value and lifts the main shaft, the main engine can be started, operated at low speed, or stopped. After the main engine reaches normal speed, the high-pressure pump can be stopped (except for low-speed operation), but the low-pressure oil pump must continue to supply oil. After the low-pressure oil pump吸取 oil from the oil tank, it passes through a one-way valve, a double-chambered mesh filter, and a cooler before being supplied to the static bearing to maintain normal oil supply to the main engine. If the main engine stops and requires timed oil supply from both the high-pressure and low-pressure pumps, the time relay controls intermittent oil supply to the lubrication points.
The specific values for high and low pressure are controlled by the low-pressure safety valve and high-pressure overflow valve within the system.
When the main unit is operating normally, one low-pressure pump is in operation and one is on standby. If the system pressure drops to a certain level, the standby pump will start and come into operation, stopping once the normal pressure is reached. If the pressure continues to drop to a certain low value after the standby pump starts, an alarm signal should be issued, and consideration should be given to stopping the main unit.
In case of failure in the high-pressure plunger pump, the auxiliary manual oil pump can be used to supply oil.
The filter is placed in front of the cooler, allowing oils with lower viscosity to pass through first for enhanced filtration efficiency. One filter drum is in operation while another is on standby, controlled by a manual changeover valve.
Low or high fuel levels in the fuel tank are signaled by the fuel level sensor, prompting manual refueling or stopping the refueling process.
The return oil tank is equipped with a magnetic mesh filter, which can simultaneously filter the oil and adsorb ferromagnetic particles from the oil.
The complete set of the稀油站(including instruments and electrical control boxes) is provided for displaying operating parameters and achieving automatic, manual, or alarm control of the稀油站.
The fuel tank is equipped with an electric contact bimetallic thermometer. When the oil temperature is low, it sends a signal, and the electric heater is manually turned on. Once the set temperature is reached, the electric heater is automatically turned off.
The fuel inlet is equipped with an electric contact pressure-sensitive thermometer. Adjust the high and low two limits based on the fuel temperature to control the use of the cooler.
