2. Operating Principle
During operation, the oil is extracted from the oil tank by a gear pump, passed through a one-way valve, a double-chambered mesh oil filter, and a tube-type oil cooler, and then delivered directly to the equipment's lubrication points. The oil station maintains a high supply pressure of 0.4MPa and a low supply pressure of 0.1MPa. The operating pressure is adjusted according to the lubrication point requirements via a safety valve. If the oil station's working pressure exceeds the set pressure of the safety valve, the valve will automatically open, and the excess oil will flow back into the oil tank. During normal operation, one pump is in use and the other is on standby. If the equipment's oil consumption needs to be increased for some reason, the system pressure will drop. When it reaches the set value, the pressure controller adjusts, and the standby pump automatically starts to work alongside the operating pump until the pressure returns to normal, at which point the standby pump shuts off automatically. If the oil pressure continues to drop to another set value, the other pressure controller will adjust and trigger an alarm.
A set of filter cores in the twin-chambered mesh oil filter is operational, with another set in reserve. Differential pressure transmitters are connected at the inlet and outlet. When the pressure difference exceeds 0.15MPa (0.15~0.1MPa for dilute oil stations ≥250L/min), manual switching occurs, the reserve filter cores take over, and the original working filter cores are removed for cleaning or filter element replacement.
The oil outlet of the gas station is equipped with a pressure-electric contact thermometer. According to the oil supply temperature requirements, two limits, high and low, are set. When the temperature is low, the signal light illuminates, and the heater is manually turned on for heating. Once the oil temperature reaches the high point, the heater is automatically disconnected, stopping the heating process; if the oil outlet temperature is too high, an alarm sounds, and the cooler is activated.
≥250L/min稀油 station, utilizing steam to heat the lubricating oil in the oil tank; the dashboard features an additional gauge for measuring the pressure difference between the in and out pipes of the cooler. The main components are all mounted separately on a foundation. In contrast, the ≤125L/min thin oil station has all its components mounted on the oil tank, forming an integrated structure.
III. Structural Features

c) Equipped with a twin-chamber filter, core cleaning and replacement can be performed without halting the operation.
d) Utilizes a tube-in-tube oil cooler for excellent cooling performance, low resistance, and ease of maintenance.
e) The return oil is equipped with a magnetic screen filter, which can attract and remove iron particles from the oil, ensuring oil cleanliness and extending the service life of lubricating components.
f) Equipped with a dashboard and electrical control box for easy observation of operating parameters, it allows for automatic control and accident alarm functions.
