I. Overview

The HZJ series pipe clamps are a comprehensive range of products among domestic pipe clamps. They are suitable for fixing pipes in hydraulic, lubrication, pneumatic, and high-pressure water systems. The system working pressure can reach 40MPa; the working temperature ranges from -40℃ to +250℃; and they are applicable to a wide range of pipe outer diameters, from F6mm to F426mm. Particularly economic and reliable for areas with vibration sources. They are used in hydraulic, lubrication, pneumatic, and high-pressure water system pipelines in industries such as metallurgy, mining, chemicals, coal, heavy machinery, construction machinery, and agricultural machinery.

Section II: Features

The HZJ series pipe clamps feature vibration resistance, shock resistance, high clamping strength, light weight, corrosion resistance, high-temperature resistance, and long service life. The main material of the pipe clamp is precision cast with high-grade nodular cast iron. The material of the gasket (plate) on the clamping surface is determined by the working temperature: for temperatures of 100℃ or less, ordinary rubber is used; for temperatures greater than 100℃ and less than 150℃, nitrile rubber is used; and for temperatures greater than 150℃ and less than 250℃, fluororubber is used. The base plate is made of a solid steel plate, ensuring the connection strength between the base plate and the pipe clamp, the base plate and the base surface (bracket) or the body. The pipe clamp is connected to the base plate with two bolts (screws) for easy disassembly during maintenance or repair.
2. The HZJ series pipe clamps have a lifespan that is 50 times longer than plastic pipe clamps, 30 times that of aluminum alloy pipe clamps, and 15 times that of steel plate pipe clamps, when compared to both domestic and international counterparts.
3. The HZJ series pipe clamps are available in 22 sizes and 62 pipe diameters, suitable for pipe outer diameters ranging from F6mm to F426mm.
4. Each specification features two types of pipe clamps: single and double, depending on the number of pipes arranged horizontally. According to the different connection methods of the clamps to the base (bracket) or the body, each specification of pipe clamp comes in two versions: with and without a base plate.
5. Tubes clamps of the same specification come in single-layer and double-layer configurations, depending on the number of layers stacked. If the arrangement exceeds double layers, please specify at the time of ordering. The number of upper tube clamps should be equal to or less than the number of lower tubes.
6. The HZJ series pipe clamps have an outer surface coated with black or yellow paint, and can also be painted according to customer requirements.
