Product Introduction
The kiln support wheels should be installed parallel to the kiln's centerline. The kiln is inclined, with a tendency to slide downwards under its own weight. A hydraulic thrust wheel hydraulic station is used to force the kiln to rise or descend at a predetermined speed (usually about 2-3mm/h) either forcibly or controlledly, thereby ensuring even contact and wear between the wheel belt and support wheels, and reducing the workload for wheel adjustment.
The normal travel range of the hydraulic stopper wheel is ±10mm. An alarm signal should be triggered when the travel reaches ±15mm. Power supply to the main motor should be immediately stopped when the travel reaches ±30mm. It is permissible to make a small adjustment of ±1 to 2mm to the control travel by changing the position of the limit switch.

System Working Principle
The system is equipped with two adjustable flow rate micro-metering pumps. During normal operation, one oil pump is in use while the other is on standby. In special cases, both pumps can be started simultaneously. The system pressure is 10MPa, and the working pressure is 4MPa. The speed of the oil cylinder is adjusted by regulating the flow rate of the oil pump. The oil temperature is controlled by an electric contact bimetallic thermometer installed on the oil tank to switch the electric heater on and off. The system is equipped with a precision filter with a 10um accuracy to ensure the cleanliness of the hydraulic oil. An alarm is triggered when the filter pressure difference reaches 0.35MPa, and the filter element needs to be replaced promptly.
The oil station connects the work oil pump while starting the kiln, forcing the kiln to move upwards. At this point, the solenoid of the two-way three-way solenoid valve for returning oil is de-energized, keeping the valve closed. When the wheel seat reaches the upper limit switch, the sludge pump motor is de-energized, the solenoid valve is energized and the valve opens. The oil in the cylinder is then returned to the oil tank through the fine filter, throttle valve, and the two-way three-way solenoid valve, relying on the kiln's own weight. When the cylinder slides down and hits the lower limit switch, the two-way three-way solenoid valve is de-energized, closing the return oil line. Simultaneously, the oil pump starts, and the above-mentioned action of pushing the kiln upwards is repeated.
If the system is not operating normally, an alarm signal should be triggered when the cylinder is moving up or down and a set of limit switches fail, causing it to hit the up or down switch. If the up or down movement continues and the switch is hit again, the main unit should be immediately stopped.
