During operation of the intelligent information-based lubrication system, the intelligent lubrication is initiated by the main control cabinet of the electrical control system sending a working signal to the electric lubrication pump. The electric lubrication pump then starts working, supplying pressure oil to the main oil supply pipeline of the system. Simultaneously, the detection sensors installed on the main oil supply pipeline also begin to operate, monitoring the pressure within the main oil supply pipeline (the main oil supply pipeline is designed to maintain constant pressure). When the pressure inside the pipeline reaches the normal set value (which can be arbitrarily set according to the system requirements), the main control cabinet immediately sends out an oil lubrication command. In order, each lubrication point (each lubrication point in the entire lubrication system has a unique identification number and no repetition) starts to receive control signals. At this time, other lubrication points do not receive oil lubrication control signals, and the pressure within the main oil supply pipeline is concentrated on this single lubrication point, ensuring the pressure supply to this lubrication point and achieving forced lubrication to prevent clogging. Once the lubrication at a point is complete, the main control cabinet sends out an oil lubrication command signal for that point... Proceeding in this manner, each lubrication point in the system is lubricated sequentially. After the lubrication at the subsequent point is complete, the electric lubrication pump automatically stops supplying oil after a delay of a few seconds.
