I. Overview

The hydraulic and pneumatic transmission integrated training device features a "two-in-one" structure, equipped with two sets of experimental equipment. One set is an pneumatic and PLC training platform, and the other is a hydraulic transmission and PLC training platform, each with its own independent PLC electrical control system.

The same unit can independently perform hydraulic control, pneumatic control, and corresponding basic circuits and application experiments. It can also be used for PLC programming and application control experiments, suitable for teaching and training in courses such as "Hydraulic Transmission and Control," "Hydraulic and Pneumatic Transmission," and "Pneumatic Technology."

Section II: Technical Parameters and Specifications of Hydraulic Transmission

Integrating genuine hydraulic components, various execution modules, relay control units, and PLC programming control technology, the hydraulic components are designed as independent modules, each equipped with a base plate featuring elastic pins. During practical training, these can be assembled into various hydraulic system circuits on standard aluminum profiles. The motor and pump are connected bearing-style (integrated) and then fixed to the oil tank; the oil tank and control panel are placed separately. The system features three-phase leakage protection, DC power with overcurrent protection, a rated pressure of 6.3 Mpa, and automatically unloads when pressure is too high.

The control panel for the leakage protector controls the main power supply, the voltage meter monitors the grid voltage, equipped with filament protection, and the power supply to the control panel is controlled by the start-stop switch. It also features leakage protection.

Variable impeller pump: Pressure 7MPa, Discharge wall 8mL/r, Speed 1450r/min.

PLC is equipped with a Mitsubishi FX1S-20MR main unit, featuring 12-point switch input and 8-point switch output.

Equipped with control modules: power module, relay control module, PLC control module, with operating instructions printed on the electrical panel.

Motor: Rated voltage 380V, rated power 1.5kW, insulation grade B

Hydraulic Pump Station: Volume 30L, 2mm steel plate, variable vane pump and motor, oil temperature and level gauge, clean cover, air filter, vibration-resistant stainless steel pressure gauge, L-HL46 hydraulic oil.

Hydraulic simulation control software with an interface that clearly displays the internal structure of hydraulic components and the operation process of hydraulic circuits. Users can learn about hydraulic and electro-hydraulic knowledge, design, test, and simulate control of circuits on a computer using this software. The software's powerful simulation capabilities can display the real-time actions of the actual control circuit connected to it.

Pneumatic Training Tutorial with Voice Narration, covering fundamental pneumatic technology, air source systems, air treatment units, actuating elements, pneumatic control components, vacuum systems, auxiliary pneumatic components, and other elements.
