Product Features:
High purity
(1) Excellent flame-retardant and smoke-suppressing properties – Upon heating and dehydration, it decomposes to form a dense, solid protective film on the surface of combustible materials,隔绝oxygen, effectively inhibiting the polymer's temperature rise and thermal degradation. It suppresses smoke generation by adsorbing and absorbing heat, causing carbonization without producing combustible materials. Suitable for composite materials with processing temperatures below 220°C and plastics with processing temperatures around 300°C.
(2) Excellent Insulation Properties - The fluidized bed purification process significantly reduces the content of impurities such as iron, sodium, and potassium ions.
2. High brightness——Does not interfere with product dyeing and enhances the color saturation and appearance of the product.
3. Low silicon, low iron, low sodium – contents are all below 0.01%, 0.006%, and 0.2% respectively.
4. Uniform and controllable particle size distribution.
5. Low Oil Absorption Rate - Modern automatic control systems produce products with an oil absorption rate reduced by over 20% compared to traditional mechanical crushing systems.
Usage Instructions:
1. Selection should be based on the performance requirements of the product when used alone. Particle size is closely related to the properties of the composite material; the smaller the particle size, the finer the surface texture and the more pronounced the reinforcing effect. However, the viscosity is also higher during blending, so please carefully adjust the formula to balance all properties.
2. Utilizing a blend of different particle sizes, a dense filling can be formed within the polymer system at the appropriate ratio, enhancing flame retardancy. A rational blending system can prevent the settling or floating of fillers, while also reducing the viscosity of the resin blend under equal amounts of filling, facilitating shearing and dispersion.
3. After ultra-fine processing, aluminum hydroxide has a larger specific surface area, tends to agglomerate, poor compatibility with polymers, and is difficult to disperse evenly, affecting the processing properties of composites. Hydrophobic aluminum hydroxide has good interfacial compatibility with high polymers, and the surface coating can undergo bonding reactions with the resin groups of the base material, reducing the viscosity of the blend, eliminating interface stress concentration, and improving the mechanical properties of the composites. Therefore, it is recommended to use hydrophobic products.
4. We recommend determining the dosage through experimentation; samples (less than 5kg) are available free of charge.
Cautionary Notes:
Storage: This product should be stored in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area, preventing ground moisture, and avoiding proximity to high-temperature heat sources. Transportation: Non-hazardous in nature, it should be protected from water and moisture during transportation, handled with care to prevent packaging damage. Do not mix with other acidic or alkaline substances for storage or transport. Avoid exposure to air when the relative humidity exceeds 80%, and re-use after drying (at 110℃) if necessary. After use, proper sealing and moisture-proof measures should be taken, and it is recommended to use the contents within the same session after unpacking.

Inner plastic, outer woven film bags, kraft paper packaging. Available in bags of 50kg, 40kg, 25kg, or in ton bags. Custom packaging can also be provided according to customer requirements.
