Product Features:
High purity
(1) Excellent flame-retardant and smoke-suppressing properties – upon heating, it undergoes dehydration and decomposition, forming a dense, solid protective film on the surface of combustible materials, which isolates oxygen and effectively inhibits the rise in temperature and thermal degradation of polymers. It also suppresses the generation of smoke by absorbing and dissipating heat, causing carbonization without producing combustible materials. Suitable for composite materials with processing temperatures below 220°C and plastics with processing temperatures around 300°C.
(2) Excellent Insulation Properties – The fluidized bed purification process significantly reduces the content of impurity ions such as iron, sodium, and potassium.
2. High brightness - Does not interfere with product dyeing and enhances product color saturation and appearance.
3. Low silicon, low iron, low sodium - contents are respectively below 0.01%, 0.006%, and less than 0.2%.
4. Uniform and controllable particle size distribution.
5. Low oil absorption rate - Modern automatic control systems produce products with an oil absorption rate reduced by over 20% compared to traditional mechanical crushing systems.
Usage Instructions:
1. Selection should be based on the performance requirements of the product when used alone. Particle size is closely related to the properties of the composite material; the smaller the particle size, the smoother the surface and the more pronounced the reinforcing effect. However, the viscosity is also higher during blending, so please carefully adjust the formula to balance all properties.
2. Mixed with different particle sizes, it can form a dense filling within the polymer system at the appropriate ratio, enhancing flame retardancy. A reasonable blending system can prevent the settling or floating of the filler, while also reducing the viscosity of the resin blend under equal amounts of filling, facilitating shearing and dispersion.
3. Alumina hydrate, after ultra-fineness treatment, due to the increased specific surface area, is prone to agglomeration, has poor compatibility with polymers, and is difficult to disperse evenly, affecting the processing properties of the composite materials. Hydrophobic alumina has good interfacial compatibility with high polymers; the coated layer on its surface can undergo bonding reactions with the functional groups of the base resin, reduce the viscosity of the blend, eliminate interface stress concentration, and improve the mechanical properties of the composite materials. Therefore, it is recommended to use hydrophobic products.
4. Suggest determining the addition amount through testing; samples (less than 5kg) are available free of charge.
Cautionary Notes:
Storage: Keep this product in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area, away from ground moisture and high heat sources. Transportation: Non-hazardous; during transport, protect from water and moisture, handle gently to prevent packaging damage. Do not mix or store with other acidic or alkaline substances. Avoid exposure to air when relative humidity exceeds 80%, and use after drying (at 110°C) if necessary. After use, ensure proper sealing to prevent moisture; it is recommended to use the contents upon opening the packaging.

Inner plastic, outer woven film bags in kraft paper packaging, net weight per bag: 50kg, 40kg, 25kg, or in bulk bags. Custom packaging available upon customer request.
