High purity
(1) Excellent flame-retardant and smoke-suppressing properties—Upon heating and dehydration, it decomposes to form a dense, solid protective film on the surface of combustible materials, which isolates oxygen and effectively inhibits the polymer's temperature rise and thermal degradation. It also suppresses the generation of smoke by absorbing and dissipating heat, causing carbonization without producing flammable materials. Suitable for composite materials with processing temperatures below 220°C and plastics with processing temperatures around 300°C.
(2) Excellent Insulation Properties - The fluidized bed purification process significantly reduces the content of impurity ions such as iron, sodium, and potassium.
2. High brightness - does not interfere with product dyeing and enhances product color saturation and appearance.

Usage Instructions:
1. When used individually, selection should be based on the performance requirements of the product. Particle size is closely related to the properties of the composite material; the smaller the particle size, the finer the surface texture and the more pronounced the reinforcing effect. However, the viscosity is also higher during blending, so please carefully adjust the formula to balance all properties.
2. Using a blend of different particle sizes, a dense filling can be formed within the polymer system at the proper ratio, enhancing flame retardancy. A rational blending system prevents the settling or floating of the filler, while also reducing the viscosity of the resin blend under equivalent filling amounts, promoting shearing and dispersion.
3. Aluminum hydroxide, after ultra-fine processing, has an increased specific surface area, tends to agglomerate, exhibits poor compatibility with polymers, and is difficult to disperse uniformly, affecting the processing properties of composite materials. Hydrophobic aluminum hydroxide has good interfacial compatibility with high polymers; the surface coating can form bond reactions with the resin groups of the base material, reduce the viscosity of the blend, eliminate interface stress concentration, and improve the mechanical properties of the composite materials. Therefore, it is recommended to use hydrophobic products.
4. Recommend determining the dosage through testing; samples (less than 5kg) are available free of charge.
Cautionary Notes:
Storage: Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area, avoiding ground moisture and keeping away from high-temperature heat sources. Transportation: This product is non-hazardous. During transport, protect from water and moisture; handle with care to prevent packaging damage. Do not mix with other acidic or alkaline substances. Avoid exposure to air when the relative humidity exceeds 80%, and reheat if necessary (to 110°C) before use. After use, ensure proper sealing to prevent moisture; it is recommended to use the contents immediately after opening the packaging.
