Alumina hydrate filler serves numerous purposes and comes with several precautions to be aware of during use. Additionally, as it is a chemical product, attention should be given to the following points for safe handling.

If inhaled, excessive air containing powder can cause coughing, sneezing, and discomfort in the nose.

2. Be aware that prolonged contact with aluminum hydroxide fillers can be detrimental to the skin. Therefore, it is imperative to take extra precautions and ensure proper protective measures are in place.

3. Ingesting the product powder into the eyes may cause eye irritation; it is crucial to avoid this and exercise caution at all times.

4. Transportation and Loading: Do not drag aluminum hydroxide with a metal hook during transportation to prevent mixing with hard materials, which may cause severe vibration, friction, trampling, and breakage. Do not throw it around; handle it gently to minimize carbon particle breakage and ensure its usability.

5. Storage: Should be stored in a cool and dry place to prevent the inner and outer packaging bags from bursting and absorb moisture and other substances from the air, which may affect the usage effect. Strictly prohibited from mixing with toxic or harmful gases or volatile substances, and keep away from sources of pollution.

6. Non-Water-Permeable: Aluminum hydroxide filler is a porous absorbent material, which must be prevented from getting wet during transportation, storage, and use.

7. Prevent Tar Materials: During use, tar adhesive substances must not enter the bed layer to avoid blocking the expanded surface and to prevent the gas from contacting it, which may cause expansion and loss of effectiveness. If such materials are present in the gas, they should be removed before entering the aluminum bed to achieve optimal application results.

8. Fire Prevention: To prevent contact with direct fire sources during storage or transportation to avoid fire outbreaks. During the regeneration process, avoid oxygen and complete the regeneration. After regeneration, it must be cooled down to below 800℃ using steam; otherwise, the temperature will be high and flammable in the presence of oxygen.

The safe use of aluminum hydroxide filler not only avoids many potential safety hazards but also allows it to play a greater role and be fully utilized. Proper protective measures must be taken to prevent unnecessary injury to our bodies and to avoid any unnecessary troubles.
