Tianjin Zepo Cement Products Co., Ltd., a drainage pipe manufacturer, introduces the differences between GB 1st-grade and 2nd-grade drainage pipes:
The differences lie in the diameter of the steel bars inside and the concrete grade. Moreover, the 1st and 2nd grade concrete drainage pipes are designed based on their ability to bear external loads, with higher grades indicating greater load-bearing capacity. There are three categories of water pipes: 1) metallic pipes, such as plastic-lined hot-dipped cast iron pipes, copper pipes, stainless steel pipes, etc.; 2) plastic-coated metal pipes, such as plastic-coated steel pipes, aluminum-plastic composite pipes, etc.; 3) plastic pipes, such as PB, PP-R.
The drainage pipe specifications include inner diameter DO (100mm-3000mm), length LO (1m-20m), and pressure indices of Grade I, II, and III. The pipe ends are available in flat, beveled, socket-and-spigot, double spigot, and steel socket types. The production equipment for reinforced concrete drainage pipes includes a mixing system, pipe molds (flat, beveled, socket-and-spigot, double spigot, steel socket), forming equipment (centrifugal machines, suspended roller machines, vertical axial extrusion molding machines, core vibration hydraulic molding machines, vibration forming devices), feeders, steel disc frame roll welding machines, hydraulic presses, and external pressure machines, etc.
Primary Applications: Highway longitudinal and transverse drainage and permeability; drainage for the backs and sides of highway retaining walls and ditches; drainage for underground tunnels; municipal engineering, water purification plants, sewage treatment plants, garbage dumps, etc., for supply and drainage; drainage for golf courses, sports fields, parks, and other recreational green spaces; slope land development for soil and water conservation; underground drainage for land reclamation projects.
