Lifting Mechanism Structure:
1. Front End Components: Assembled into a single unit, including the upper housing, drive shaft components, reducer, coupling, motor, etc.
2. Midsection Chassis: By stacking different numbers of midsection chassis according to the required height, you can meet the need.
3. Lower Components: The bottom housing, driven shaft assembly, and tensioning device are integrated as a unit. The shell side of the hoist has a door that can be opened for internal inspection, such as cleaning.
4. Hoist Chain and Hopper: The chain is a welded circular steel link chain. The hopper is secured to the chain joints with nuts. Different height bucket elevators are equipped with the corresponding number of chains, joints, and hoppers.
