Available hydrated lime equipment: Traditional production methods for calcium hydroxide have been gradually phased out. As calcium hydroxide finds wider applications in industry, the conventional production methods are no longer sufficient to meet the demand. Consequently, the application of calcium hydroxide equipment has expanded accordingly.
We have a vast array of calcium hydroxide equipment. Qualified quicklime must be crushed to approximately 40mm using an e-type crusher, then fed into the calcium oxide粉碎 storage tank via a bucket elevator. The lime is then conveyed into the first deslagging mixer within the storage, either through a stable flow spiral conveyor or a quantitative weighing system.
Under the vigorous stirring of the mixing rod, the initial digestion takes place, followed by entry into the second-stage lime washing mixer of the calcium hydroxide equipment. After completing the digestion process, a good lime digestion is achieved, then it is conveyed into the classifier via the semi-finished product screw conveyor, resulting in qualified refined lime.
In fact, a classifier is indispensable when using calcium hydroxide equipment, as it is also crucial for the classification of calcium hydroxide.
