1. Water dust removal method
Early morning calcium powder processing and other applications commonly utilize it; however, with the introduction of new national emission requirements, it's difficult to meet them. Moreover, long-term use necessitates the consideration of mud and污水 treatment, which could lead to secondary pollution of the surrounding environment. If the wastewater generated by the calcium hydroxide equipment during operation is to be discharged into a digester, long-term use can cause issues such as narrowing of pipeline diameters, increased pump failure rates, damage to pressure and flow regulating components, and higher failure rates. Ongoing maintenance is quite繁琐.
2. Pulsing Method
Utilizes dust collectors for alkaline applications, allowing water-laden dust to fall directly into the digester without passing through any conveying equipment. The cleaned, hot air then enters an independent heat exchange unit to heat the digestion water, thereby protecting the calcium hydroxide equipment and simplifying future maintenance.
