Features of the Device
The directional drum features a compact structure, light weight, minimal space requirement, reliable performance, attractive appearance, safe and convenient operation, and the ability to function normally under harsh conditions such as heavy dust, moisture, and muddy terrain.
Structure
The reversing drum is primarily located below the belt movement. If the belt's direction of travel is to the left, the reversing drum is on the right side of the belt conveyor. Its main structure consists of bearings and a steel cylinder. The drive drum is the driving wheel of the belt conveyor, and in relation to the two drums, it's akin to the two wheels of a bicycle, with the rear wheel being the drive drum and the front wheel being the reversing drum. The reversing drum and the drive drum are structurally identical, both composed of the main shaft drum bearings and the bearing chamber. The drive drum is divided into main drive and slave drive types.
