

The belt conveyor is characterized by its easily adjustable body, equipped with a belt storage compartment. The tail can extend or shorten with the advancement of the coal mining face. The structure is compact, allowing for installation directly on the tunnel floor without the need for a foundation. The frame is lightweight and easy to disassemble. For larger conveying capacity and distance, a mid-drive unit can be added to meet the requirements. Depending on the conveying process, it can operate as a single unit or be combined with multiple machines to form a horizontal or inclined transportation system for material handling.
The belt conveyor employs an SZL automatic tensioning device, forming a complete automated machine movement system with the working face conveyor, transfer machine, and telescopic belt conveyor tail machine, thereby achieving high-efficiency continuous work face machine movement without production interruption. The machine body uses nested oblique channel steel, with no bolted connections, allowing for quick assembly and disassembly, accommodating the frequent changes in conveyor length. Two adjustable-height H frames are specially designed in this machine to allow for a gradual transition in the height of the drive head. The carrying rollers of the belt conveyor, due to the hook-type channel roller mechanism, ensure safe and simple belt alignment, offering reliability.
