When operating the hoist, it is crucial to pay attention to regular maintenance and protection to ensure both personal and equipment safety. The proper functioning of the equipment is intricately linked to maintenance. Timely maintenance can enhance product quality and make operation more convenient. Next, let's briefly discuss the relevant precautions.
1. The lifting equipment is maintained and managed by personnel, and the key to the power switch box is also under their care.
2. There must be a winch limit switch and a stroke limit switch. The limit switches should cause the pulley to automatically stop before it is raised to a distance of 300mm from the drum or pulley.
The lifting machine should have a high-load indicator, and the weight must not exceed the load limit (1T) during lifting or lowering.
After power is supplied, inspect the winch limiters, travel limit switches, interlock switches, and other safety devices, ensuring they operate sensitively and reliably, and conduct a trial hoisting.
Before lifting or lowering, ring the bell as a warning before proceeding with the vehicle.
Lift machinery is strictly prohibited from carrying personnel up or down.
After completing work, the hoist basket should be lowered to the ground, followed by the disconnection of the power source and the secure closure of the upper and lower guardrail doors.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the surrounding environment regularly.
The proper operation method must be mastered for the usage of the hoist, and during operation, if any issues arise, we should be able to identify them promptly. This will make the operation simpler. We hope everyone will have some understanding and awareness of these matters in their future use.
