Ensure that any issues with the hoist are addressed promptly. First, determine the cause of the product's malfunction, and then proceed with the correct solution based on the actual situation, as different scenarios require different approaches. Let's take a brief look at this next.
1. An abnormal sound occurred during operation
(1) The base plate of the machine struck the chain bucket. Adjust the tensioning device of the machine base to tighten the chain.
(2) Drive shaft and driven shaft keys are loose, causing chain wheel displacement, and the chain bucket hits the housing. Adjust the chain wheel position and tighten the keys.
(3) The guide plate collided with the bucket chain; adjust the position of the guide plate.
(4) Material is trapped between the guide plate and the chain bucket, increasing the feeding angle at the base of the winch.
(5) The lifting machine bearing has malfunctioned, failing to operate smoothly. It is recommended to replace the bearing.
(6) A piece of material or other foreign object is jammed inside the base shell; shut down to remove the foreign object.
(7) Gear teeth on sprockets (driving and driven sprockets) are misaligned. Correct the sprocket gear teeth or replace the sprockets.
(8) Improper meshing between sprockets and chains; corrected the sprocket tooth profile.
(9) The transmission chain is experiencing free rotation; adjust the chain length.
(10) Improper case installation; adjust the vertical alignment of the case's full length.
2. Motor base vibration
(1) Improve the rotational imbalance of the electromotor itself, and remove the rotor for static balance inspection.
(2) The reducer and motor installation had poor precision, exceeding the standard alignment, and was adjusted accordingly.
(3) The motor base installation lacks precision; the levelness exceeds the standard requirements. A re-adjustment is being conducted.
(4) There is an error in the installation of the drive chain wheel, which requires re-adjustment.
(5) The drive chain sprocket teeth are malformed and require correction of the tooth profile.
(6) The tension of the drive chain sprocket is not appropriate; it should be adjusted again.
3. Leaking Ash
(1) Replace damaged or missing gaskets in the full-length flange of the hoist housing, apply sealant, and retighten the flange bolts.
Material leakage from gaps in the head and base of the machine can be addressed by adding sealing washers or applying sealant.
Material feed height difference is too great, increasing the pressure of feeding. A change in the material feeding method and the addition of a feed buffer device are required.
4. The quantity improvement does not reach the designed capacity.
Material adhesion to the chain bucket and chute is periodically removed based on the degree of adhesion.
(2) The front machinery and equipment have insufficient capacity, resulting in a low material input quantity, which prevents the hoist from reaching its designed capability. Efforts must be made to enhance the production capacity of the front machinery equipment.
(3) Slow speed increase requires changing the speed ratio of the drive chain sprockets.
(4) Incorrect material measurement methods or measurement errors; inspect the measuring equipment, verify material density, and re-adjust calculation methods.
5. Insufficient material output
(1) Enhanced the capacity of the machinery at the rear of the machine, which resolved material chute blockages and improved the production capability of the rear machinery.
(2) The material outlet is too small or the angle is not suitable; adjust the material outlet.
Material must be regularly cleared from the chain bucket and chute.
When dealing with issues with the lifting equipment, it's crucial to address the root cause, but don't forget to consistently maintain and service the product. This is to further ensure the quality and longevity of the product, as well as to enhance its operational efficiency and safety.
