I. Introduction to Railway Cement Protective Fence

Section II: Composition of Railway Cement Protection Fence

A kilometer of railway concrete guardrails is composed of 333 units, each unit consisting of a post, top rail, bottom rail, post cap, and 2 rail panels, plus a barbed wire roller. 1. Pillar

Column cross-sectional size is 180mm x 180mm, with 100mm long haunch supports on both sides for the bottom rail connection. When the protective railing starts, ends, or connects with other buildings, a single haunch support is set on one side.

Column Size Accuracy Requirements: Section size tolerance ≤ 2.5mm, height tolerance ≤ 5mm,预留孔位 position tolerance within the column ≤ 2mm, bracket support and tenon position and size tolerance ≤ 2mm.

2. Ceiling price

Top threshold: 125mm high, 180mm wide; available in two types: one for the starting point and another for the endpoint of the protective fence. The bottom features a downward-facing slot, with a depth of 20mm.

3. Bottom limit

Bottom rail width: 180mm. The bottom rail height of the 2.2m high security fence is 175mm, and the bottom rail height of the 1.8m high fence is 155mm. The upper part of the bottom rail has an upwardly extending slot, with a depth of 10mm.

4. Slabs

Each unit includes 1 to 2 panel sections, secured by top and bottom rail slots. The 2.2m high security fence panel height is 1495mm. The gap width at the bottom of the 2.2m high security fence panel rib column is 105mm, with a 120mm gap width at the top and a 100mm gradient section in the middle. The gap width of the 1.8m high security fence panel is 120mm.

5. Column Cap

Column cap section size: 180mm x 810mm, height 150mm, with bolt holes pre-drilled for connecting the top of the column and the front and rear thresholds at the transition of steps. The bolt holes are sealed with C30 concrete after assembly.
