2012 "Railway Line Protection Fence"[General Reference Drawing (2012) 8001]!
(1) New Railway
High-speed rail with a design speed of 200 km/h or more, equipped with 2.2m high reinforced concrete guardrails and 0.5m barbed wire rolls; for rail with a design speed below 200 km/h, 1.8m high reinforced concrete guardrails are generally used.
(2) Under-construction Railway Project
Designs for railways with a speed of 200 km/h or more, sections equipped with metal guardrails should have barbed wire rolls installed on the outer side; sections without railway isolation mesh should be set according to the standards of new railway construction, with the protective guardrails to be placed within 0.5 meters of the land boundary.
(3) Existing railway reconstruction projects
Section 3: This section mainly introduces reinforced concrete pillar metal mesh security fence
Reinforced concrete columns and metal mesh fence barriers consist of columns, mesh panels, and connecting parts, with a protective height of 1.8 meters.
(1) Pole
The pillars are made of precast C30 reinforced concrete, with a cross-sectional size of 120mm x 120mm and a height of 2.2 meters. During precasting, a square hole of 42mm x 42mm with a depth of 150mm is left at the center top. During installation, a Q235 square tube with a connection plate and a sealed end is inserted into the hole, and sealed water material is used to fill the gaps. The square tube specifications are 40mm x 40mm with a thickness of 2.5mm. The insertion end of the short tube is 150mm long, with the exposed portion bent outward at a 30° angle, and a vertical height of 300mm. Three 12mm circular holes are pre-drilled at the corresponding positions on the pillar, and the connection plates are secured with bolts during installation.
(2) Metal Mesh Sheets
Metal mesh panels are constructed with Q235 short tube frames, measuring 30mm x 50mm in size, with a tube thickness of 2.0mm. The internal wire mesh is made of HPB300 6.5mm high-strength steel wire cold drawn, in a 75mm x 150mm configuration. The top is folded outward at a 30° angle, with a vertical height of 300mm.
(3) Connector Plate & Bolts
Column connection plate, mesh connection plate with 90° bend, Q235 steel plate, thickness 4.0mm, available in three types: A, B, and C, depending on the application location.
The connecting plate and bolts are made of Q235 steel, with zinc coating, the zinc coating amount is 270g/㎡.
(4) Basic
The foundation design of protective fences should consider factors such as regional wind pressure, soil (rock) conditions, freezing depth, and impact resistance requirements, adjusting the dimensions reasonably while ensuring the stability of the fence.
When embedding the pillars, the position should be strictly controlled. After positioning, use C25 concrete for casting, ensuring the pillars do not shift in longitudinal or lateral directions, and remain vertically upright. The pillar supports can be removed only after the concrete base has reached 70% of the designed strength.
(5) Gate阑珊
Gates are installed to meet the requirements for inspections and maintenance work on equipment such as civil engineering and electrical engineering.
Reinforced concrete pillars with metal mesh protective fences are available in either single or double doors. The single door width is 1.5m, and the double door width is 3m. The mesh pattern is consistent with the protective fence and is connected to the pillars via pins and pin sleeves.
"Set 'No Entry' warning signs during the prefabrication of the pillars. The door should be locked and waterproof."
(6) Transportation and Installation
Pillars, top and bottom headers, and column caps should be protected during transportation with materials such as straw mats,稻草, sawdust, or other shock-absorbing materials. The vertical stacking should not exceed five layers, and the height should not exceed 600mm. Metal mesh panels and connecting components should be effectively packaged for protection against bumps. Reinforced concrete panels should be arranged vertically with interposed shock-absorbing materials to prevent collisions.
The installation of protective fences should be "strict, straight, aligned, and aesthetically pleasing." The wiring should be sealed tightly without any gaps, running straight along the route without sudden changes in distance; the top and bottom ends of the protective fence should have a smooth and even transition, without fluctuations in height. The overall effect should be visually appealing, avoiding a sense of disarray. The site should be cleared before installation, the ground below the lower sill should be level and compacted, ensuring that drainage on both sides is not affected, and the height of the fence bottom from the ground should not exceed 5 cm.
When installing the protective fence, the ground on both sides of the fence should be leveled and compacted. If the fence is set on a slope or there is a height difference between the ground on both sides of the fence, the elevated portions within a 2-meter range on both sides should be leveled. The ground on both sides should be at an equal height and not higher than the bottom of the fence's lower sill to ensure that the fence reaches the protective height on both sides.
Protective fences should be set up at least 2 meters beyond the entrance and exit of the tunnel building: they may not be required in steep terrain where access by people and animals is difficult.
