Manufacturer [153*7341*4170] Shijiazhuang Railway Cement Guardrail Factory (Pre-fabricated Unit Price) High-Speed Rail Concrete Subgrade Fence Installation
The railway protection fences are divided into two types according to the railway design general drawings: the general line railway protection fence 8001m and the general line railway protection fence 8002m. The types of railway isolation fences are distinguished based on the different styles of the two. The general line 8001m features a 30°arc at the top, while the general line 8002m has straight panels without an arc. This article provides a detailed introduction to the general line 8001m railway protection fence product.
Section 1: Types of Protective Fencing
1.8m high reinforced concrete barrier with 0.5m razor wire coil
2.2m high reinforced concrete barrier with 0.5m barbed wire roll cage
(3) 2.7-meter-high Reinforced Concrete Barrier Mesh Panel with Bent Corners, externally fitted with a barbed wire roll cage
(4) 1.8m High Reinforced Concrete Security Fence
(5) 1.8m High Reinforced Concrete Pile Metal Mesh Fencing Barrier
II. Terms of Use
(1) New Railway
High-speed rail lines with design speeds of 200 km/h and above use 2.2m high reinforced concrete protection fences with 0.5m barbed wire rolls; for rail lines with design speeds below 200 km/h, 1.8m high reinforced concrete protection fences are generally used.
(2) Under-construction Railway Project
Rails designed for speeds of 200 km/h and above, sections with metal guardrails installed should have barbed wire rolls on the outer side; sections without installed rail isolation metal mesh should be set according to the standards of new railway projects, with guardrails to be placed within 0.5 meters of the land boundary.
(3) Existing railway reconstruction projects
Section 3: This section primarily introduces reinforced concrete column metal mesh protective fence
Reinforced concrete posts with metal mesh protective fence, consisting of posts, mesh panels, and connecting components, with a protection height of 1.8 meters.
Pole
Pillars are prefabricated with C30 reinforced concrete, featuring a cross-sectional size of 120mm×120mm and a height of 2.2m. During the prefabrication, a 42mm×42mm square hole is left at the center of the top, with a depth of 150mm. For installation, a Q235 square tube with a connecting plate and a sealed end is inserted, and sealed water material is used to fill the gaps. The square tube specifications are 40mm×40mm with a thickness of 2.5mm. The short tube insertion end is 150mm long, with the exposed part bent outward at a 30° angle, and a vertical height of 300mm. Three 12mm round holes are pre-drilled at the corresponding positions on the pillar, and they are secured during installation with bolts to the side connecting plates.
(2) Metal Mesh Sheets
Metal mesh panel with Q235 short tube frame, dimensions 30mm×50mm, short tube thickness 2.0mm; internal wire made of HPB300 6.5mm high tensile steel cold drawn, dimensions 75mm×150mm; top folded outward at 30° angle, vertical height 300mm.
(3) Connector plate and bolt
Pole connection plates and mesh connection plates are made of 90° folded Q235 steel plates with a thickness of 4.0mm, available in three types (A, B, C) based on different usage positions.
The connecting plates and bolts are made of Q235 steel and zinc-plated, with a zinc coating of 270g/㎡.
(4) Basic
The foundation of protective fences should be designed based on factors such as regional wind pressure, soil (rock) conditions, freezing depth, and impact resistance requirements, adjusting the dimensions reasonably while ensuring the stability of the protective fence.
When embedding the pillar, the position should be strictly controlled. After positioning, use C25 concrete for casting, ensuring that the pillar does not shift in either longitudinal or transverse directions and remains vertically upright. The pillar support can be removed only when the concrete base reaches 70% of the designed strength.
(5) Fence Gate
Gates are set up according to the needs of equipment inspection and maintenance work for civil engineering, electrical engineering, and other operations.
Reinforced concrete columns with metal mesh panels can be installed with either a single door or double door configuration. The single door width is 1.5 meters, while the double door width is 3 meters. The mesh panels are consistent with the protective fence design and are connected to the columns via pins and pin sleeves.
Set "No Entry" warning signs during the prefabrication of the posts. Locks should be installed on the doors, and they should be waterproof.
(6) Shipping and Installation
Pillars, top and bottom rails, and column caps should be protected during transportation. Use straw mats, rice straw, sawdust, or other shock-absorbing materials during the process. The stack height should not exceed five layers and the height should not exceed 600mm. Metal mesh panels and connecting components should be effectively packaged to prevent damage. Reinforced concrete panels should be arranged vertically with shock-absorbing materials in between to prevent impact.
